Electrical Discharge Machining or EDM is a highly accurate method of part production. Wire EDM technology is essential for higher tolerance parts and repeatable tooling. Tolerances are held to ±.0002" in our temperature controlled facility.

Here at Milco we have a variety of 9 EDM Machines available, including CNC Sinker EDM, Small EDM Hole Burning and Wire EDM. This translates into an ability to produce precision parts for any application. The Wire EDM process is capable of cutting conductive materials, including exotic metals such as titanium, hastaloy, kovar, inconel, hard tool steels, carbide, etc.
